As a Recruiter, you will work within the HR department. From this supporting role, you will serve the entire organization, both nationally and internationally, with the goal of efficiently managing all processes related to personnel inflow, transfer, and outflow.
What will you do?
Develop and execute proven recruitment strategies to attract talent.
Recruit for a wide range of roles, both nationally and internationally.
Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders on the recruitment process and its optimization.
Handle the administrative side of the recruitment process and inform relevant departments (e.g., IT, Payroll) and managers about the onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and establish contacts with external parties such as schools, networking organizations, etc.
Actively contribute to our employer branding and market communication.

Job requirements
What do we expect from you?
Creativity and organizational knowledge;
Relevant higher professional education (HBO) degree;
Several years of experience in proactive candidate recruitment;
Knowledge of and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
Familiarity with current legislation (employment law, social security law, occupational health and safety);
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
Proficiency in an additional language is a plus;
Strong knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel;
Proven communication, social, and advisory skills;
Reliability and integrity;
Proactive attitude with persuasive abilities;
Empathy and interpersonal understanding.
