For our branch in Wroclaw (Poland), we are looking for an experienced manager to shape the further growth of UNIS Group Poland. Do you have proven experience in leading teams, and do you see it as a challenge to achieve the set objectives with a dedicated team? Then you might be the manager we are looking for.


In this new role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the entire branch. Your goal is not only to achieve the projected revenue and repair figures annually but also to expand the branch further. You excel at maintaining good relationships with both existing and new clients. You inspire engagement, initiative, and quality within your team.


What will you do?

  • Manage the daily operations of UNIS Group Poland (Wroclaw), overseeing both the sales department and the technical team.

  • Use your management skills to get the best out of your team of approximately 10 people.

  • Initiate, implement, and coordinate sales plans and activities in consultation with the headquarters in the Netherlands.

  • Report on the progress of operations to the CEO.

  • Initiate and implement improvement processes.

  • Monitor individual goals and guide the personal development of team members.

  • Actively contribute within the team to achieve set objectives.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree and several years of proven experience in leading and managing one or more teams.

  • A team player who thinks in terms of solutions, both from the branch’s perspective and that of the client.

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at various levels.

  • Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a firm and confident demeanor.

  • The ability to hold effective discussions, solve problems efficiently, and make informed decisions.
