As a Technical Inventory Specialist at UNIS Group, you will assist clients in gaining insights into the risks associated with their installed electronics to prevent future downtime.
With our service, "Critical Stock Management," you ensure that clients have a clear understanding of the status of their installations. You will conduct on-site inventories to identify the modules that are installed and subsequently provide recommendations in a report regarding aspects such as repairability and availability. Based on this report, clients will understand the necessary actions to take to prevent future downtime.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Conducting comprehensive inventories at various client sites, encountering new technical challenges every day.
- Advising clients on the availability and management of their spare parts inventory.
- Identifying crucial items that are missing from clients' spare parts stock.
- Proactively contributing to the prevention of production line downtime by optimising spare parts inventory.
- Enabling companies to operate more efficiently, minimize downtime, and reduce costs through your work.
- Advising clients on the best maintenance strategies.
- Collaborating closely with our team of experts in Grou and contributing to the sharing of knowledge and expertise within the organization.

Requirements
- A solid background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial automation, complemented by practical experience working with industrial electronics and automation systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and understandably to clients.
- A customer-oriented mindset, aiming to optimally support and advise clients on the maintenance and optimization of their systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and areas for improvement within installations. You can work independently and make well-considered decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the northern region and possibly beyond to support clients on-site and conduct inventories.
- Ability to work independently (alone or with a colleague).
- The capability to create detailed reports and maintain accurate technical documentation, essential for providing valuable insights to clients.
