Where customer relationships and technical expertise meet

Jacqueline has been with UNIS Group for twelve years. She started as a telemarketer but soon discovered that she derived more energy from being on the road, visiting customers, and giving tours. For over ten years now, Jacqueline has been working as an account manager. “I started as a telemarketer for the Scandinavian market, but for the past ten years, I have mainly focused on the Dutch market.” Jacqueline is known for her versatility and her ability to build both personal and professional relationships.

Versatile account manager Jacqueline’s days are anything but monotonous, filled with the challenges of account management. She spends three to four days a week on the road, visiting clients. She builds long-term relationships with customers and has the opportunity to showcase and discuss UNIS Group. Not only does she do this at customer sites, but also during tours at UNIS Group, which she always enjoys. “I really like it when customers take the time and effort to come here. I love giving them a behind-the-scenes look to show our technical expertise. When we walk past the technical service department and I see how passionately our people are working with their technical knowledge, I am always mpressed.”

Eager to learn From her role in marketing to her current position as an account manager, Jacqueline is always eager to learn. Thi s is particularly evident in her ability to acquire technical knowledge, which not only makes her more confident but is also valuable for her customers. “We started the Field Service department five years ago, along with the inventory and risk analysis services. Now, I can open a control cabinet and see what is different. I learned that from colleagues, and I continue to learn every day!” Jacqueline says proudly. She wants to know how things work and will always do her best to find out. “I would never sell something I don’t know. I will always ask how something is put together so I can learn how it works. The technical knowledge we have at UNIS Group is unmatched.”

Perseverance What sets Jacqueline apart is her perseverance. This is evident not only in her decision to move to the Netherlands alone, without family, but also in her work. Her continuous desire to expand her technical knowledge within UNIS Group is a fine example, as is her strong focus on building longterm relationships and understanding the specific challenges her customers face. For her, success is not just about closing deals but also about providing long-term value and support. “I am an account manager who loves building relationships, maintaining them, and looking at challenges together.”

Sweden Outside of her professional life, Jacqueline cherishes a love for travel and nature. She has seen much of the world, although traveling is now on hold as she has two children. “When they are older, I want to travel with them from North to South Sweden to show them where their roots lie. One day, I hope to have a summer house in Sweden.” For the future, Jacqueline aims to have more flexibility with her children and her work, allowing her to travel more often and visit her family.
