Electronics Repair Engineer – Poland (Wrocław), The Netherlands (Grou)


Do you enjoy diagnosing and repairing electronics? Are you curious, precise, and proactive? If so, you might be the person we’re looking for!
We’re looking for an Electronics Repair Engineer to join our team in Wrocław, Poland, with the possibility of relocating to our headquarters in the Netherlands.

What will you be doing?

  • Diagnosing and repairing industrial electronic equipment (PLC controllers, HMI panels, CNC modules, servo drives, UPS power supplies, PCBs, etc.)

  • Performing component-level repairs (THT and SMD)

  • Testing and verifying the functionality of repaired equipment using diagnostic tools

  • Accurately documenting repairs and used spare parts

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • A solid theoretical and practical background in electronics

  • Ability to diagnose faults and perform component-level repairs

  • Proficiency in using measurement and diagnostic equipment

  • Basic knowledge of English

  • Passion for electronics and a willingness to grow

  • SEP certificate – a plus

  • Experience with SMD – a plus
