For our office in Hamburg Altona, we are looking for an Inside Sales Employee to join our team.
Your responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal customers, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
Prepare quotations, manage orders, and support the entire sales cycle from inquiry to completion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within our CRM system, ensuring a well-structured database with relevant information.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Technical Support, Expedition and Outside Sales to deliver optimal solutions for our customers.
With your commitment you will activate customer loyalty. You will make a significant contribution to building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Your profile:
Completed commercial training, preferably with experience in a technical or industrial environment.
Career changers with a high level of self-motivation and a passion for customer service.
Enjoy engaging with customers contact and and possess a strong ability to understand and anticipate their needs.
Characterized by strong excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a solution-driven approach.
Fluent in German and English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
