Are you well-organized and see it as a challenge to work as efficiently and effectively as possible to support your colleagues?

As an Assistant Purchaser Components at UNIS Group, you will be responsible for purchasing products and services. You will contribute to all purchasing activities and, together with your colleagues, aim to achieve the best possible purchasing results. You will be actively involved in the procurement policy and will provide suggestions for improvements where necessary. You will enjoy contributing to expanding and maintaining a supplier network.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Purchasing products, particularly components, and related items in accordance with established procedures.

  • Searching for and ordering products.

  • Processing the administration of returns.

  • Maintaining contact with existing suppliers and proposing new ones.

  • Sourcing environmentally friendly products.

  • Ensuring short lead times for customers by efficiently ordering necessary components.

  • Administering procurement activities and constantly monitoring supplier lead times, anticipating potential delays.

  • Identifying bottlenecks in the workflow and contributing to solutions.

Job requirements

What are we asking of you?

  • A structured approach to work and an appreciation for an organized workplace.

  • Knowledge of electronic components is a plus.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Good interpersonal and communicative skills and a good team spirit;

  • Flexible, proactive and a commercially attitude;

  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
