Due to the growth of our organization and the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a French-speaking colleague for our head office in Grou, the Netherlands. We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative dedicated to the French market.

To achieve our ambitious commercial objectives, we are looking for a sales-driven professional who enjoys acquiring new clients and further developing existing relationships. You will be a key player in our commercial success and play a crucial role in achieving our growth targets.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively approach new and existing customers through telephone acquisition and follow up on leads.

  • Contribute to optimizing and achieving commercial goals together with your team.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.

  • Coordinate the entire customer process, from intake to delivery.

  • Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Accurately record customer interactions and agreements in our CRM system.

  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and report on commercial results.

  • Work closely with account managers to optimize and further develop customer relationships.

Job requirements

What are we asking of you?

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and telephone sales.

  • A proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve commercial success.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administration and follow-up.

  • Native French speaker required.

  • Fluency in a second language (English or Dutch), both written and spoken.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is a plus.
