Are you an experienced leader with strong commercial skills and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot?
As Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for managing the inside sales departments at the Grou location as well as the remote teams across our European offices. In this role, you will oversee the efficient organization, planning, and optimization of the inside sales operations, with a clear focus on commercial results, telemarketing activities, and order generation.
The inside sales department plays a key role in the entire commercial and operational process, from initial customer contact and acquisition to order processing, planning, and delivery. As Head of Inside Sales, you maintain oversight, ensure optimal staffing levels, and manage the workload effectively to support a productive and efficient team environment.
You will actively utilize HubSpot as the CRM platform for managing customer relationships, monitoring sales activities, and analyzing commercial performance. By leveraging data and reporting within HubSpot, you guide the team toward achieving targets, optimize internal processes, and ensure that commercial opportunities are fully maximized.
With your leadership, organizational capabilities, and commercial insight, you ensure that customers are served in a professional, efficient, and timely manner, while directly contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic and commercial objectives.
What will you do?
Lead multiple inside sales teams in the Netherlands and across Europe, ensuring effective planning, staffing levels and workload distribution between countries.
Drive a commercially focused inside sales organization: in addition to order processing, the emphasis is on telemarketing, upselling, cross-selling and revenue generation.
Work closely with the Outside Sales Manager to follow up on commercial opportunities and align sales strategies.
Develop and implement new procedures, working methods, targets and commercial practices, and ensure their consistent execution.
Identify bottlenecks in processes, capacity and collaboration, and resolve them in a structured and sustainable manner.
Coach and develop employees towards professional maturity and commercial effectiveness.
Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot as the CRM system, ensuring data-driven usage across the team.
Develop and monitor a KPI dashboard together with management and report periodically on performance, progress and commercial results.
Analyze data and market developments and translate insights into concrete actions and improvements.
Identify market opportunities and risks and initiate actions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Report on progress, results and improvement initiatives to the CEO and the management team.

Job requirements
What do we ask of you?
You have a strong commercial and sales-driven profile and know how to motivate teams to actively generate sales.
You have proven experience leading teams, preferably in an international and commercial environment.
You are analytically strong and able to translate data, trends and KPIs into actionable insights.
You work in a structured manner, maintain oversight and are capable of managing multiple countries, teams and processes simultaneously.
You are decisive, willing to intervene when necessary and address bottlenecks directly.
You are proactive, results-oriented and able to inspire others to work in the same way.
You have excellent communication skills and can effectively lead people through change.
You are fluent in Dutch and English; an additional language is a strong advantage.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is a significant plus.
