For our branch in Wroclaw (Poland), we are looking for an Commercial General Manager to drive the further growth of UNIS Group Poland.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the entire branch. Your goal is not only to achieve the projected revenue and repair figures annually but also to expand the branch further. You will actively manage and support the Sales Manager and work closely with Account Managers to maintain and develop key accounts. Additionally, you will focus on fostering engagement, initiative, and quality within your team.
What will you do?
Manage the daily operations of UNIS Group Poland (Wroclaw), overseeing both the sales department and the technical team.
Use your leadership skills to bring out the best in a team of approximately 59 employees in Poland. You will directly manage 5 team leaders and 1 managers and indirectly oversee 53 employees across various departments, including Sales, HR, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, the Technical Department, and Cleaning. Actively manage and support the Sales Manager while working with Account Managers to develop and maintain key accounts.
Initiate, implement, and coordinate sales plans and activities in consultation with the headquarters in the Netherlands.
Report on the progress of operations to the CEO.
Initiate and implement improvement processes to optimize operations.
Monitor individual goals and guide the personal development of team members.
Actively contribute to the team’s success in achieving set objectives.
