
Job description
As an HR Advisor, you are responsible for all HR aspects across various departments: onboarding, advising team leaders, absenteeism, employee development, and managing projects.
The team consists of one Senior HR Advisor, two HR Advisors (one based in Poland), one HR Officer (vacant), and one Recruiter. The HR department is the supporting division that serves as the link between employer and employee. Upcoming priorities include reviewing HR policies, professionalizing processes, and driving innovation.
What will you be doing?
Advising and guiding team leaders on HR-related matters such as leadership development, performance issues, and employee engagement.
Managing and supporting (long-term) absenteeism cases.
Evaluating and professionalizing HR policies and processes, including updating the HR handbook, evaluating the Metalektro CLA vs. company policies, and improving (internal) communication.
Leading projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency, such as clarifying (new) policies, collaborating with schools, and promoting employee satisfaction. You will have the freedom to propose and implement your own ideas.

Job requirements
What are we asking of you?
You are available for a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 38 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days.
At least a completed bachelor’s degree in HR or proven work experience.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with NMBRS is a plus.
Strong communication skills: you can engage with various levels of the organization.
You can easily switch between operational and tactical tasks.
You can apply laws and regulations to practical situations.
A proactive personality that is analytical and structured.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
