As the General Manager Brazil you will be responsible for our location in Brazil and for the commercial results of Unis Group Brazil through managing the (sales)- team, the new business development and the marketing activities. You will be part of the global commercial team of UNIS Group and have direct contact to the CEO. You will work closely with the global financial-, purchase-, marketing-, technical- and R&D- department at the headquarters in the Netherlands.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead an office consisting of 18 enthusiastic employees in Brazil.

  • Significantly increase the sales turnover in Brazil.

  • Maintain and optimize relations with key accounts.

  • Develop new business opportunities in the market.

  • Responsible for implementing our corporate identity, brand image, and values in the Brazilian market.

Job requirements

What are we asking of you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial management within an international company.

  • Proven B2B sales experience with the ability to build and maintain a strong network.

  • Knowledge of Brazilian business culture is essential.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across various levels.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.

  • Previous or current experience living and working in Brazil.

  • Currently living in Brazil or willing to relocate.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.

  • Flexible, proactive, and commercially driven attitude.
