HR Advisor – Wrocław, Poland

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and be responsible for comprehensive HR support in a company from the industrial sector, specializing in electronics service.
Your responsibilities:
Active cooperation with the Management Board, Works Council, and the HR team in the Netherlands
Providing HR advisory support to managers in the areas of team management, employee motivation, and conducting difficult conversations
Participation in strategic HR projects, including compensation policies and performance and incentive review systems
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the UNIS GROUP branch in Wrocław
Managing employment processes, onboarding, and HR administration in compliance with the Polish Labour Code and internal standards
Supervising the completeness and accuracy of employee documentation, medical examinations, OHS training, and required certifications (e.g. SEP)
Coordinating cooperation with an external payroll provider (data preparation, payroll verification, control reports)
Creating and updating internal regulations and supporting the Management Board in implementation and internal communication
Talent management, including identifying employee potential and planning development paths
Building and strengthening organizational culture, based on company values and employee engagement
Delivering employer branding activities aimed at strengthening the company’s image as an employer of choice

Job requirements
What we expect from you:
Experience in a similar HR role (production / technical environment preferred)
Higher education (preferred fields: HR, management, administration)
Completed HR & payroll course or practical knowledge of HR and payroll processes
Very good knowledge of labour law
Independence, strong organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with employees and management
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
