What will you be doing?

Identifying Needs: Actively listening and identifying customer requirements during conversations.
Appointment Setting: Scheduling consultation meetings for our sales team.
Data Management: Documenting call outcomes in our CRM system.
Market and Customer Research: Identifying and qualifying new target groups and key contacts.

Job requirements
What are we asking of you?
Knowledge of electrical components – this knowledge can be acquired through relevant education, experience, or personal interest;
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.;
Good interpersonal and communicative skills and a good team spirit;
Flexible, proactive and a commercially attitude;
You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
