As a Purchaser you are responsible for purchasing electronic modules. You perform all the purchasing activities with the aim of achieving an optimum purchase result. In this position you communicate with your colleagues in the purchasing department, technical service departments and management
What will you be doing?
You will search and order electronic components by following the guidelines of UNIS.
It’s your task to find and assess new suppliers on quality requirements.
You will negotiate with suppliers on the best possible price-quality ratio.
You are responsible for the purchase activities, to monitor them and to anticipate on the delivery times by your suppliers.
You will build up and maintain a suppliers network and you will respond and anticipate on the market developments.
You will come with solutions when problems occur in terms of the implementation of work and you will suggest improvement points where necessary.

Job requirements
What are we asking of you?
Several years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of electrical components – this knowledge can be acquired through relevant education, experience, or personal interest;
Fluent English language skills, spoken and written.
Good interpersonal and communicative skills and a good team spirit.
Flexible, proactive and a commercially attitude.
You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
