Recruiter - Grou (NL)

Do you want to shape to future for our organisation? As a Recruiter you will proactively recruit new colleagues for our growing and (inter)nationally operating company. Is your passion finding, attracting and engaging junior or experienced (technical) talent to contribute to the organisation’s growth? Are you looking for an independent and challenging role? As a Recruiter, you’ll be part of the HR department. From this staff department, you’ll recruit candidates for our entire organisation both nationally and internationally. You’ll be the main point of contact for all vacancies within UNIS Group, with the goal of attracting the right candidates and successfully onboarding new employees.

What will you do?

• Coordinating the entire recruitment process.

• Writing job descriptions based on a deep understanding of the department, role and industry, aligned with the UNIS Group tone and in consultation with hiring managers.

• Proactively sourcing candidates using various tools and platforms.

• Interviewing and screening candidates.

• Implementing effective campaigns for open vacancies.

• Keeping accurate records the recruitment pipeline in our CRM system (Recruitee).

• Maintaining contact with external parties such as schools and agencies.

UNIS Group is an international partner in maintaining service continuity in industrial production processes. What we ask from you?

• Several years of experience in proactively sourcing and recruiting candidates;

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and preferably, experience with AI tools and content generators;

• Confident communicator in Dutch and English (spoken and written);

• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Recruitee;

• A trustworthy and reliable professional with proven communication and advisory skills.
