Senior HR Advisor (32-38 Hours)

In this versatile role as Senior HR Advisor, you will serve as a sparring partner for the executive leadership at UNIS. Building on responsibility and ownership, you will contribute to the ongoing professionalization of our HR department.

What Will You Be Doing?
As an HR Advisor within UNIS Group, you will have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. You will manage the entire HR aspect for your assigned business unit, advising managers, supporting employees, and handling the related administration. Additionally, you will participate in overarching HR projects and policies for the entire international organisation.

• You will be the point of contact for the executive team regarding relevant HR projects and will coordinate these within the team.
• You will advise, support, and guide managers on all HR aspects, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, absenteeism, and employability.
• You will propose improvements, collaborate on the development of HR policies, and translate policies into actionable steps.
• You will contribute to projects and actively engage in HR focus areas.
