In this versatile role as Senior HR Advisor you will advise management, provide executive support and manage the HR team.

What will you do?
As an Senior HR Advisor at UNIS Group, you will have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. You will manage the entire HR aspect for your assigned business unit (including foreign country’s), advising managers, supporting employees and handling the related administration. Additionally, you will participate in overarching HR projects and policies for the entire international organisation.


You will be the point of contact for the executive team regarding relevant HR projects and will coordinate these within the team.

  • You manage the HR team consisting of 3 HR Advisors (one of whom is in Poland) and one HR Employee;

  • You will advise, support, and guide managers on all HR aspects, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, absenteeism, and employability.

  • You will propose improvements, collaborate on the development of HR policies, and translate policies into actionable steps.

  • You will contribute to projects and actively engage in HR focus areas.

Job requirements

What we ask from you

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.

  • Experience with HR projects.

  • Reliability and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and resilient under stress.

  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
