Due to the growth of our organization/department and our ambitious commercial goals, we are looking for a commercial talent who thrives on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. You will be the key player in our commercial success and play a crucial role in achieving our growth objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively approach new and existing customers through telephone acquisition and follow up on leads.

  • Contribute to optimizing and achieving commercial goals together with your team.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.

  • Coordinate the entire customer process, from intake to delivery.

  • Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Accurately record customer interactions and agreements in our CRM system.

  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and report on commercial results.

  • Work closely with account managers to optimize and further develop customer relationships.

Job requirements

What are we asking of you?

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and telephone sales.

  • A proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve commercial success.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administration and follow-up.

  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is a plus.
