In this versatile role as Manager Fieldservice, we expect you to be entrepreneurial, independent, connecting, assertive, and curious. You will have the freedom to take commercial initiatives and manage your department. Driven by responsibility and ownership, you will be the driving force behind our (inter)national Fieldservice activities.

What will you do?

As Manager Fieldservice, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of UNIS Group and your department with your commercial drive and expertise in industrial automation. UNIS Group is rapidly evolving internationally with the introduction of new products and supporting processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of your department while you:

• Work strategically to expand our services further.

• Ensure smooth coordination between planning, sales, R&D, and business control.

• Deliver clear reports and analyses.

• Contribute to the development of your team and optimize the deployment of your employees based on their strengths.

• Focus on long-term market trend analysis, recognizing technological changes, and integrating them into the organization.

• Use these analyses to develop new business models.

What are we asking of you?

• A completed, relevant bachelor's degree (HBO level);

• Experience in leading, coaching, and managing a team;

• Relevant technical and commercial experience in service management and processes;

• Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and German;

• Decisive and able to set priorities;

• Experience with project management.
