For our office in Hamburg Altona, we are looking for an Callcenter Employee to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
Outbound calling: Proactively reach out to potential industrial clients to present our products and services in industrial electronics.
Needs assessment: Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
Appointment setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team.
CRM data management: Accurately document call outcomes and client information in our CRM system.
Market and client research: Identify and qualify new target groups and decision-makers within relevant industries.

Your Profile:
Experience or strong interest in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus – whether gained through education, previous work or personal interest
Fluent in spoken and written German; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and customer-focused.
Self-motivated, flexible, and commercially minded.
Experienced in working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
